All I have to say is go get this shifter now...

I had a PRO 5.0 on my 01 Cobra and it is a good shifter, but felt a little notchy and caused a lot of noise and vibration. I installed the MGW shifter and installed it last night... All I have to say is Holy Crap. This thing has such short throws and the noise and notchiness are reduced I would say by 90% compared to the PRO 5.0

Very well made product with great instructions. I know that alot of people are concerend about the handle and the way it is bolted up. If you follow the instructions, there is no way that handle will come undone. Very solid piece.

Just wanted to give a bit of feedback.

Thanks,

I ended up getting both handles but installed the blue one. I think MGW is going to definately be giving PRO 5.0 and the Steeda Tri-Ax a run for the money. MGW thanks for making the product we have all been waiting for.

Thanks,

Original? So do you have an original black and white TV at home too? Times change with technology and innovation to make things better... if you have the money I would give it a try. You won't be dissapointed.

is it notchy or smooth? does it feel like the shifter automatically finds 3rd?? (my tri-ax does that to some extent) how much effort does it take to shift?
