I've been thinking about upgrading my intercooler reservoir for a while and my only option was the vortech ice box. A couple of days ago, I found this reservoir for 03/04 cobras and it looks really nice. The thing is that it is an upgrade for the stock 03/04 Cobra IC reservoir. I was wondering if it will fit on a KB blown GT. Has anyone here used it on their GTs? What I like about it is that wouldn't have to relocate the battery. Any ideas?

That is a good looking intercooler reservoir and looks like it would be alot more effective for our KB superchargers. I bought the intercooler reservoir from Chicane Sports which was a little cheaper but I will need to do some minor modifications prior to install. I can post a picture if you like but I believe it is the same one that Saleen uses on their cars. The one I bought is polished and you will need AN fittings prior to installation. There is also a bung on the bottom for a temp sensor so you can read your coolant temp inside the car which I thought was pretty cool. Email me back if you have any questions.

I like the Chicane reserviors better. Looks like they take up a bit less real estate under the hood. Also the Chicane res'es come in different colors to better suit your "dress-up" needs.

Here are pics of the Chicane I/C coolant res.

What modifications will you need to make?
