Is Windveil Blue a feminine color?

Yeah drive the color you think looks best.

I hate black but most people like that color on a car.

I didnt like the Windveil or Legend Lime in the press photos but in person its rather striking. Also if you look at the 1960's vettes and Stangs painted colors looking xlose to this they are still badarse. Not the color I would choose, Im a red man, but to each his/her own.

I just got my Windveil Blue w/Parchment and love the looks. I got it because it's the same as my '67 GT500 (Brittny Blue w/Parchment). So far everyone has loved the color. They were all kind of shocked I got the color because I always end up with black or red, but I wanted a change and something easy to keep clean.

I agree with StangDiego. I plan on ordering a GT soon, and have had a hard time deciding on color. At the risk of offending somebody, a V6 in Windveil with Parchment interior would have me guess that a female would be the owner, a Windveil GT with Dark Charcoal (my final choice) would say to me
that a male was the owner. Just my $.02.

I have a 1965 Mustang coupe that has a very similar color to the Windveil Blue (color is not original). I have had it since I was 16, and it went with me to high school everyday. If the color didn't get made fun of at a high school, I can't imagine where it would get made fun of! I always get complimets on the color, and when that it is freshly waxed, and the sun gleams off it, there is no better color! I must say that I have seen a W/B car with the medium parchment interior, and I do not think that is the way to go. I would do W/B and the dark graphite (sorry if you got the medium parchment  ). Plus blue is always awesome (hence the new Blue Mustang Registry!)

Other than pink (esp. hot pink!), when the f**k have car colors alone been gender specific? :)

I will admit, however, that an official Playboy Mustang has its lure too. More than just a chick magnet, it might be a "bunny" magnet. :hail2:

I've decided I would rather drive a car color that girls prefer over guys. My goal isn't to impress men and have them want to come and take a ride with me. I want hot firm breasted college co-eds to say "oh what a pretty color car you have, can you drive me back to my sorority house?"

(I can dream)

Well said.

But I'd stay away from anything that looks pastel, which the WB and LL do to me. OR - you could get the "You think it's a girl's car" blue, spend your kids inheritance on obtaining 500 horses and when someone says something, create a thick cloud of rubber smelling, airway clogging smoke as you giggle like a school girl. :D

So you would drive a pink Mustang over a blue one?

I've read some posts on this board and others, stating that W/B is a little old lady color. Just curious what the ratio is between men and woman who have this color. Personally, I'm a man, and have a W/B GT on order. After reading some of these posts, it's a good thing I'm secure in my masculinity!
gt looks great in that color,, back in the sixties, vettes, etc,, had that color,, it looked great,,, get the dark interior, tint the windows, customs wheels and it will look awsome,,, just as good as any other color,, plus the more i look at that lime color the more it grows on me,,,,, here is the simple fact,,, the car looks great in any color

Stating beforehand that I am a male, the windveil blue was actually a choice of mine before I saw it in person. Although, in my opinion, windveil blue is a nice color, I chose the mineral grey instead. I never once thought WB was gay looking. That color blue looked really retro to me and not a granny color or specifically female color. Like others have said, get what you want. If I had my REAL choice, I'd wait and get the rally(?) orange. I can't wait though. :D

I think LL is the sexiest color

Yea the LL stands out more IMHO.

I was looking around the road today and didn't see any other cars with that color. Black and Red are cliche for a sports car. Yellow screams "look at me!"

Legend Lime on the other hand has f---ing personality. Kinda like a margarita, sweet and cool, but will knock you on your ass.

I saw a W/B GT on a local dealers lot and thought it looked fantastic. I was sure this was my color until I saw Legend Lime in the showroom. Placed my order a few days later and I really don't care what anyone else thinks of the color. I like it, and i'll be the one driving and washing it. W/B would defenitly be my 2nd choice, very nice color!
