Has anyone done the mods to successfully control the wheel hop on the 03/04 Cobra.
If so, what works, what doesn't.
Thanks for any input.

I am not going back to my kids flying around the back seat over railroad tracks.
I have heard the hop is controllable. I am looking.
Should of told you, no slicks and no track time in the future.

I destroyed a rearend already so be careful! I definitely will be interested in Billetflow's new setup! Bad news is it is neverending as the next thing to break are the halfshafts! Good Luck!

Modding is worth while and most if not all races I have had are rolling take offs any way.
I only encountered the hop once and it was when dumping the clutch at 3500 on a hot day on asphalt all by my lonesome.
Scared the snot out of me. Pulled out prior to destroying anything.
It happened after I installed the 315 BFGoodrich KD's.
I have been told by my speed shop it is easily controllable with about $500 of mods and labor.
Snowed like hell today. None of this matters to me untill spring. Just planning my attack.
You also don't have the power that we are talking about.Darkhorse845 said:I never had a problem with my Nitto's.
