best way to hit 13's on the cheep?

with the mods i have what will be the best way to hit the 13's. 14's are getting boring....

I also have a premium 01 auto GT. I would suggest programming. I have superchips programming and it made a significant improvement in performance or over stock programming with the mods that I have. Im going to the track this spring too. Will be first time with this car.

it was about 40 degrees and medium humidity. not shure about pressure or elevation.

anybody know roughly how much detroit is above sea level????

dont know but i race at milan all the time and i went on the last day they were open but in live in allen park
