You are using your turn signals and the wipers spray, not just a quick squirt but like a 3-10 second blast. The first couple of times I just thought that I may have pushed in a little. But after paying attention, I know that when I used the turn signal, I in no way pushed in. Is this a wiring issue? Has anyone else experience this?

It might be possible two frayed wires are making a connection together somewhere which is making the relay hot.

I had a similar problem when I would turn my steering wheel (no joke) in my '99 v6. My damn horn would honk in a pattern with a lot of noise when going over bumps or in a certain RPM range where there was a vibration running through the car. Sucked!

It's most definately a wiring issue but might require some investigation.

Warranty Item?

If it is a faulty switch, it's going to be fun to get the dealer to change it. Look at the trouble I had with the tremec 3650 grind and I could reproduce it. This one is random and the dealer will never see it on their own.
