How many pulls are they going to give??? I have some guys from SVTP, and we were setting up a dyno day but if they are both around the same time.....hell

Are you referring to the number for each person? If so, that is up to the owner. If you are referring to total number on the day, I can check with him. I suspect that he will stay: "Until there are no more customers". This is a new setup, he's seeking to spread the word and get some business. That's why we're getting a good price. The owner is a very amiable guy. It should be a good experience for all concerned.

What does "SVTP" stand for?

I didn't make that very clear. "Owner" in the second sentence above refers to the car owner while "him" in the next sentence refers to the dyno owner.

looks like 80 for 3 runs. then add if you want wideband with it.

NOt quite that much, $90 for 3 runs with WB if we get over 10 people.

$35+10+10= $55 for runs..
$15+10+10= $35 for WB...

Put me down for 3 runs with WB if they need to know for scheduling... If anything changes I will et you know at least a week in advance..

what time are the meets on friday nights in south hill at crispy creme? is there any young guys or all old men?

They generally start gathering around 7:30-8:00. I had to laugh at your second question - does it really matter? They're all Mustang fans... (and some aren't even male - don't think so narrowly!)

I would definitely be one of the "old men". However, when you go to the track, most of those racing are in my catagory.

Make that two of us... I'll also be willing to bet that the old guys usually win for the following reasons:
- more experience
- more time to have built it out the right way
- more $$$$
and the most important reason...
- old age and treachery will overcome youth and beauty - always! :p

Doug, the dyno owner, would like anyone needing a bung installed for reading A/F ratio to get that done beforehand. Otherwise, the process will be slowed unfairly. He can do it for you (call 253 565 9823) for $35. or you can get it done just about anywhere that welds (exhuast shops, performance shops etc) . The bungs are uniform in size and threads throughout the automotive world, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Directions to Fair Lady Motors for dyno day.

Directions: This is the easiest way but not the quickest.

Coming from north or south on I-5, take the Gig Harbor exit onto Highway 16. Continue west until you are almost to the Narrows Bridge (you'll see the bridge); take the Jackson Street exit and then head south (You will go over Highway 16). Continue southward for about 24 blocks until you reach the cross street of 27th, turn left (east), continue on 27th for about a half mile. This is the hard part: There is a difficult-to-see-road between Haps Wrecking Yard and University Place Radiator shop on your right. This road is directly across from the very large Post Office. Turn right onto that road (it's the only way you can turn) and drive to the end of it (1/8th mile). You are there. Here are some additional references: 27th takes a sweeping curve at the point where you need to turn right. Up to that point, 27th is staight. If you reach another traffic light after turning onto 27th, you have gone 150 yards too far. I was told that this road does not show up on Map Quest.

Well im hoping me and my dad will have finished up my car by then. I"m not sure if i should come. I've got new bbk headers and H pipe and flowmaster exhaust, bbk fenderwell cold air intake, underdrive pulleys. I think thats all of the stuff ive added on. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to get it dyno tested?

totally dude! I think it's good to have numbers to back up what you think you run. ricers cannot argue a graphed readout right? besides, it'd be cool for me to meet all you ****ers!
