Ok its going to get some Kenny Brown suspension soon but I want to know what about power.

I am going with the Borla Stinger catback have not decied on the x-pipe yet might be magnaflow or SLP.

I want to know what the BEST kits for the pulley and what pulleys I can run. Also new intercooler to help keep it cool with the new pulley...and tune whats the best way..chip or plug in power tuner?

Anything else? Ultimate goal is going to be max out the eaton and keep it safe at the same time, not sure where that puts me hp/tq wise but I want it safe but want to go gobs of power without taking it apart right now.

I haven't modded mine yet, but I've been searching stangnet and when it comes to pulleys and pulley puller, billetflow seems to be the what everyone agrees is the best...that's what I'm going for when I decide to pulley the 'ole girl...
 
As far as pulleys are concerned stick with a 2.93 upper and the stock lower. Anything smaller up top will only net you a couple extra HP/TQ over the 2.93, plus it will add a LOT more heat & heat soak will become a problem. Additionally anything over a 2.93 will be over-spinning the blower. I'd also stay away from adding a lower pulley... not only are lower pulleys a PITA to install, if you get one that's more than 2lbs you run the risk of over-spinning your alternator.

Would heat soak still be a problem when I add an aftermarket HE and fans (fans only used at the track but the HE would be all time obviously).


You said only a couple hp going from the 2.93 to the 2.81 pullies? So going up 5lbs of boost is really all I can do on this car?

Thanks for the input...what pulley kit would you suggest? i.e. brand and belt?

Will I need to change my spark plugs out for something colder or will the stockers still be ok? Any fuel issues I will have? I want to plan ahead so I don't run into surprises etc later on.
