Supercharger question

Im thinking of geting a powerdyne bd12 supercharger Im wondering what else I might need. My 302 has b303 cam cast iron gt40s, cobra intakes. Says its set up for 11 psi.Do I need different injectors? The supercharger comes with 42# injectors and mass air unit calibrated for them. Wil these work in my car?

Oh, also, what else you may need is a good ignition system, I use a MSD 6BTM, but even just an MSD 6A box would be okay. I would also run a boost gauge and a fuel pressure gauge and a bigger intank fuel pump. Also if the kit doesn't have one, anything over 10psi should have a blow off valve. Hope this helps.

I kinda thought the 42# was too much. Ya Ive heard a little bit about powerdynes but Im sure if I dont want it I can sell it for as much or more. My car already has a boost guage in it, but no other remnants of a supercharger, a little odd. Musta had a different motor in it b4.

Listen to what others are telling you about the powerdyne units...or remember the phrase..."I told you so"...42# injector would be ideal to run without an FMU...Go with a vortech or a Paxton supercharger...8psi is enough and safe for a stock bottom 302...

don't want to keep giving you bad news about the powerdon't, i know that feeling that because it's a blower and the price is always right on that one
you got to have it. A friend of mine had one and the day he put it on was the
day he stop racing or getting on it. we was happy for him and asked how does
it feel how does it feel, he said alright, we was like alright man you got a blower. well secretly he up the boost from 6 to 9lbs nothing but trouble.
once he got it fix he sold it on ebay and bought a vortec off ebay. every
since that day he has been able to heel, want to race everybody, all in all
you can get it for now and sell it later
