If you are thinking of a new shifter, UPR has the Blue Shifter on sale on the UPR webpage for $99. (Don't know if it's true, but I heard it's a copy of Steeda's shifter) I picked one up and threw it in last night....WOW!! This shifter is sexy! :nice: Very good quality, and the car is more fun to drive now

I just bought one for my wife's 2000 V6. I have a Tri-Ax on my GT, and from what I've seen of the UPR Bluethunder, they are almost identical except for the handle. Of course I haven't installed it yet, so that will be the true test.

And, yes, they are on sale for $99 and that includes the handle. I think I paid $150 for my Steeda (on sale).

I ordered mine on 12/21 (along with some subframe connectors) and I got it on the 27th. They forgot the handle though, so I called them on Tuesday and they said they would put it in the mail that day.l I got the handle today (Thursday).

Easy big daddy..I'm not forcing the shifter on you, I'm just letting people know about another option in the shifter market and my thoughts on it. I never said it was any better or worse than your Steeda. I even said that I read it was a Triax copy, even machined at the same shop. Still don't know if it's true, but..
Just like John Deere and Hitachi excavators, both made in the same plant (right here in NC :nice: ) with the same exact parts, but you would pay more for the green one over the red one wouldn't you.. 'cause "nothing runs like a deere" :D
