I saw two different sets on ebay and i was wondering if you guys thought any of these are a good product. The one set is by Blue Oval Industries, They are a Heavy duty U/L Control Arm with polyurethane bushings, these are listed for $149.99. The other set is said to be made by Granatelli Motorsports with the same setup as the other ones. These are through Musclemotors performance, and are listed for 159.99. Any help would be appreciated. Happy New Year!!

i would just go and buy kaewoods or steedas from an online store. I wouldnt risk buying something on ebay with the possiblity of getting a bad product or no product at all when for the same price you can buy some uppers and lowers from a company that you know will provide you with a good product.

oops ment tio say lakewoods not kaewood. Well i am going to go look in my mustang magazines but i do know that several companies sell them online from their stores. You could always try summit and jegs also.

ohh gotcha :nice:

they are ok but IMHO go with steeda's thats what I got right now.

http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/alulowerrearcarms.htm $249.95
http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/hdadjupperrearcarms.htm $179.95

I have those 2, they are kind of expensive but if you plan to see alot of track time or want to get awesome hook.

heres some lower priced ones from steeda that will prolly do almost the samething

http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/steelControlArms.htm $179.95
http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/hdupperrearcarms.htm $99.95

the differences between the cheaper ones is the lowers arent aluminum but steel so they weigh a little more and my uppers are adjustable and the cheaper ones arent. (the reason you would adjustable uppers is to adjust your pinion angle). So I hope this helps!

FiveLtr, i don't plan on that much track time. At best maybe 5 times a year. I was looking for something better than stock which is on the car now. I know steeda parts are awesome but don't feel like paying that much. If you have any other companies to choose from let me know. thanks

oh that changes it a little, 5 times a year. If you still want to with steeda's just get the steel lower

You really only need lowers if its more a street machine, that'll save you money and its like 20 dollars more then those other ones!

:nice:

would there really be that much of a difference between the two lower control arms? HOnestly how much weight savings are oyu going to get from aluminum rather then steel?
