flywheel and pressure plate issues

ight i went to install the T5 swap in my 79 hatchback, i put the flywheel on and as im about to put on the pressure plate, the bolt holes dont match up at all. I measured the flywheel and its 14 inch across and i measured the pressure plate and its 10.5. also the flywheel is 28 0z balance for my 302. my question is my clutch set up too small for the flywheel or do i need a different flywheel??
Any info will b greatly appericated.
Thanks
Jhery

If it is a stock older flywheel, it takes a 10 inch clutch. If it's an aftermarket new one, it might be drilled for an 11 inch clutch. I'm selling a 28oz billet steel one in the classifieds that accepts a 10.5 or 11 inch clutch. You could have yours drilled to accept a 10.5, but you have to have it perfect or it will cause a vibration and destroy your bearingsl
