Recently modded my 03 GT. Added Long tube headers, x pipe, and catback among a few other things. The o2 sensors threw a SES light. So i took it to Ford and we put new ones in. It was fine for about 4 days and now the same thing. I did get the MIL eliminators, so that is not the problem. The code says that the O2 sensors are slow to switch. I also added an Accufab TB and upper plenum and BBK CAI if that might be the problem....i don't know much about this so......... Help?!!! any help would be greatly appreciated

Check all of the wires and connections first. What kind of headers did you get if they are not coated, you may have an issue with the o2's cooling off. you can lengthen the pulse delay with a tune, or you can try header wrap.

I had the same problem with my o/r x-pipe. My mil’s weren’t working and I needed a programmer so that was my fix. I don’t know how to test mil’s to see if they are working or not but that might be your problem. As far as how I found out mine were not working I switched mine with a friend and my car was fine and now his car had the SES light. Good Luck.

see if the codes are for the front or the rear O2s. if its for the rears, then your MIL elims are crap. if its for the fronts, then you have an issue with fuel, or else theres a bad connection, or else your MAF could be gunked up.

Looked at the car a while this morning. We're thinknin it might be the MAF. Takin it to Ford on Monday.. Hahaha... i love warranty :nice: Thanks for all the help. I hope the MAF will be our problem and I can get it solved on Mon.

no no. They will warranty it. They replaced the O2 sensors last week and I already talked to the service dept about the MAF. The manager or supervisor asked me a few questions about it the first time and said... "well, ok... looks good to me. We'll get it done and you'll still be under warranty until 36k miles". Guess sometime it just depends on where you go
