Hello all you lucky 05 GT owners...

HAs anyone purchased and installed the SLP loudmouth exhaust? I was curious to see how people liked those. SLP has been known for thier sweet sounds and performance credited to the WS6 and Firehawk.

I wanted to know how it sounded and whether or not the sound was too much.

Thanks in advance

Hey S_Odum can you post a soundclip of your system? If not I'd like to hear more about the prochamber. I'm trying to get a nice deep rumble not anything to obnoxious. My car is a daily driver.

I can't get a soundclip. I don't have a camera or recorder. The prochamber is a nice piece. I have the off road version and had the folks at Modular Depot install it. They said it was the best fitting MAC piece they have worked with. You will need a tune or MIL eliminators to keep the SES light off. As far as noise goes, it's very loud outside the car. Insise it's only loud under accelleration, at high speeds it's very quite inside and no drone at all.

I heard the SLP exhaust on a new 05 GT at the dragstrip last weekend. It sounded great! Made the car sound more like an old musclecar in my opinion.

Of course, I'm a little biased seeing as I have a SLP catback and x-pipe on my 2000 GT. :p
