Car Shows in LA?

  • Sponsors (?)

Our car club, Mustang Owners of California, puts on two shows a year, both which have concours car judging included. Trophies, raffles, etc.

One is the Woodley Park show(June 26th) and then Sept 25th show at the Petersen Museum. Plus we have a car show and trophy giveaway at every monthly meeting.

We're based in the SF valley, in Chatsworth.

the beach cities mustang club has some car shows and cruises as well. i've been to a few of them.

if you are looking for shows in general, no mustang specific, then a good one to check out is every saturday morning in huntington beach.

it's at the corner of Adams and Magnolia in huntington beach. lots of different cars show up to it, including quite a few mustangs. sometimes this guy shows up in his f50.

BCMC sight hasnt been updated in a while lol Do you know if they are going to have the "Mustangs by the Queen Mary" this year?

they had one not too long ago i think. i had the invitations for it but i didn't go. i know their website isn't updated frequently, however they have a mailing list and i get flyers in my mail for their cruises and car shows.

Yes, we are looking at September or early October for the Queen Mary show. the Cruise night at Ricky and Ronnies is outstanding, with about 80 cars every time. That is a lot of fun. Next Wednesday (after the Knott's show) is the next cruise night, and there may be a HUGE surprise that night.

IMachU ... any ideas on why the site isn't kept up to date with shows and cruises. know who we would get ahold of to talk about that? i think the turn out would be much bigger for the events if people could visit the site and see.

i'm just not sure who to contact about it. i guess i could just email jon about it.

Jon is the one who keeps up the web site. And there is a meeting tonight, I'll be tere. So if you don't come to the meet, I'll suggest it to Jon. Although he and I are not on the best of terms. I don't know why, tho. He just does not return my calls.

well i sent him an email. i said that if BCMC was interested in a new website that he could talk to me. but maybe dropping the hint that the website should be updated would be a good thing. cause it really does. the events page is for 2003. :\
