There is a silver 03 Cobra coupe with 21,000 miles for sale at a small collectible dealership about a mile from my house. The guy is asking $24995. The car is in good shape, but it is lightly modded with a magnaflow exhaust and an air intake. The front tires are the stock but the back tires are not. The guy does not seem to know a lot about Cobra's and does not know a whole lot about this car. I was thinking about offering around $20-21K and seeing what he says. The guy told me this one was special cause it was an "SVT COBRA" and not just a regular 03 cobra. I almost laughed in his face. Let me know what you would do as far as price and whether or not this would be a risk to buy.

25K for an '03 with 21K miles seems a little high but it is in-line with the KBB price. Too bad you don't know how hard it was driven for those 21,000 miles.

I spent alot of time on autotrader.com looking at what 03's were going for all over the country. I took my time and found the right car for the right price. Dont think he is too far off on price but you can do better if you want to travel some .

I feel 25K for 21000 miles is a good starting price. Offer 23500, and accept 24K. Assuming it is a good car.

After '07 we should really see those prices come down. It is a Cobra tough and I see '93 Cobras going for 9-13K if they are in good shape.

Take care,
Ceyko

I cannot tell if the car was beat on or not. The tires are different so it makes me wonder. Also the plastic/rubber chin on the car has been chewed up pretty good and there is a peice hanging off. I don't think this would cost a whole lot to fix, but I may try to run with it. I think even $24K is way too high for the car. I was thinking in the $22k range would be where I'd get to.

Well just a quick glance at KBB's MSRP (take it with a grain of salt) for the car in it's current condition is $29K.
