Hi, guys. Ron Bramlett here from Mustangs Plus. This thread was sent to me by one of our customers that thought I would like to respond to the negativity that's being directed towards my company. He is right. I do. The truth is, I actually started Mustangs Plus back in 1981 because I was dissatisfied with the way I was treated by a well known Mustang parts retailer. So, reading this thread has a special meaning to me. I told myself then that we would never treat our customers like that and over the years I've tried to build a business that doesn't treat people the way some of you have indicated that you've been treated. But every business has to have company policies that their employees can follow. And I agree, some of these policies are usually not what you, the customer, want to hear. That's why I've always made myself accessable to our customers so that anyone who is dissatisfied in any way can talk to me personally. Almost every every sales flyer and magazine that goes out to Mustangs Plus' customers has my name and my direct telephone number in it. Every year, my wife and I are at Mustang shows all over the country and talk to tons of our customers. And any customer who calls Mustangs Plus and asks for me is put through to me if I'm here or they can leave a message on my voice mail if I'm not. I'm not hard to find. Believe me, if there's any problem with any of our products, especially like what has been described here, or you feel you've been treated in an unprofessional way, I want to know. By the way, I know I've not received any calls from anyone here on this forum regarding these problems. As for the person with the carpet problem who started this thread, do not sell the carpet on ebay as has been suggested. You'll only hurt some other hobbiest by doing so. Please call me. I want to find out exactly what's going on. I'll be leaving Friday morning, the 15th, to go to the Fablous Fords Forever show at Knott's Berry Farm. I'll be back Tuesday the 18th. If by chance you'll be at Knott's, find me. If not, let's talk next week. Also, TMI is an upholestry manufactor and does not do carpet.
