I saw a picture the other day of a 94-95 Stang with an emergency brake boot. It looked like it was leather. On mine the the little rubber closure is torn and deteriorating. Can anyone point me to an online store that sells these?

Anybody  ???

not sure about the boot thing but if you go the route of replacing that rubber piece its gonna be a bitch. Ford ripped mine orderd a new one and found out it would be easyer to replace the whole center console (not that i minded). They like melt that thing on there some how so I don't know how in the hell it comes off. I know theres at least 1 guy that has it on here

I have a leather one on mine, but I had mine made when I got a shifter boot made. If you're anywhere near Chicago, there's a sho p called "Riggs Brothers" that made mine for $45. Like mystery said, they melt little plastic tabs to hold it on. I melted them off, took the old boot off, cut holes on the new one to match up with the old holes, and took some plastic and melted it on top of the old tabs, which I melted a little bit. I have a pic at home I can host later if you want.

I got the same ebrake boot from redline. It's great, except for a really tight fit when in the full lowered position. Large amount of material going through to small of a space.

If you mean the rubber part on the console...yes. Or are talking about the section behind the handle itself...no?

the part just behind where you put your hand to pull up, very easy to take off.....pull e-brake all the way up, the get a small screwdriver to pry it loose, very easy....it'll make it fit alot better....can't believe you didnt do that :nonono:

:D
