Well I ended up going to the track last wednesday. Istarted out running 14.8's for and hour and a half and then in the last hour I was there I ran my best time so far of 14.644 at 94.XX with a 2.121 60ft. Does this sound about right for where im at? Anything i can do to cut it down when i go to the track in two weeks again?

thanks

I would install the intake but then i would need to buy a throttle body adapter, throttle body and MAF. Would a tune help me on my pretty much stock car. I was thinking about getting underdrives but not sure when im going to have the money. Thanks for the replies.

CAI, TB, MAF I would do next, my friend ran his 94 Cobra bone stock around 15.5 (granted everyone's first time sucks) then he did BBK CAI, 75MM MAF, and 70MM TB and ran a 13.9@100, everything else was stock, and he was on ****ty 245 all-season tires.

I was thinking about running a 70mm throttle body. Which adapter do you have I might be interested right now. I guess my next order or business is to get a new throttle body, pulleys, and delete the smog completely and see how that goes. Otherwise i could get my intake on with the adapter and run the stock thottle body for now.

Is the CAI actually beneficial or more of a bling type deal (dont want to start a debate) but if you can actually see real gian s maybe i hsould get that and the pulleys so i dont have so much work to do in the next week and a half.

thanks

I think th eCAI made a difference but a lot of guys says it don't so I don't know

I have the edelbrock adapter. Its basicly brand new i put it on towards the end of September ran the car liek 2 weeks had teh hood fly up on me so it was in the shop till like december took it to get alignment done and found out my spindle is bent then drove it like 3 times after that so its been parked till Thursday night when i took it off the car because i bought a Trickflow one to match my 75mm tb. The edelbrock elbow is only a 70mm so it would work just fine for you thats why i asked what size tb you were using.

Hit me up on AIM if your interested we'll talk about a price
