i wouldnt expect too much over the weekend, but randall has always replied to my emails very quickly...im sure he will reply to you as soon as he can,,Joe

Its now Tuesday, email was sent on Wednesday, then again on Monday, no phone number to call. I guess this may not be a Practical purchase, as if I can't get sales support, the Tech support is probably that much worse.

I won't give them a Full thumbs down rating rate, but I"m not far off!

he is probably at a show or event somewhere and can't get to his email. be patient he will get back to you. as far as tech support goes, he will give you a number to cal where you can get in touch with him. he has been known to call people on a Sunday to answer a tech question and from a car show no less. he is a really standup guy, just give him a chance

Once I reached him, he gave me his cell number, but I'm not gonna post it. I have not needed to reach him in a couple of months, but he always responded to me quickly via email. As others have said, he is a class act and called ME on a Sunday once to check progress on the install. Weather permitting (and a proper alignment) I will drive the car within a week.
