Does anyone know how classic design concepts converted the headlights on their 05's. I love that look without the plastic shield in front, although im sure its there for a reason. I know the plastic comes off if you heat it up, but it looks like they put the turn signal markers in the sides also. Maybe they will come out with an upgrade  .

Actually I did note those headlights as well, they are pretty mean looking... I've seen close up pictures and they are not a modified lens, they are a seperate unit altogether. I checked their website and it's not on the list as far as parts go... You may want to inquire with them regarding those... Looks to me like it's just a prototype part that may or may not make it to production depending on feedback and demand, so give them a holler... I'll tell you one thing.... That glass roof of theirs is something I'm keeping my eye out for... rawr!

Oh btw... I have an 03 Black GT with Black Bullitts all around... and I was looking to purchase the same wheels you did for my future Black 05... Are these to the 05 Specs? or are these made for the 04s? Bolt Pattern is the same I assume, so what changed? the Offset?

Check out the latest issue of 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords. CDC has a write-up about the headlights and full glass roof. They claim that they will make the full glass roof available to distributors nationwide.

That car is in our shop currently, love the look. Not really sure why they do not make it available. We are taking the Glassback to a show in Montgomery this weekend and next week to Huntsville.

It turns some heads I must say, especially in this college town. ;)

I took some Hi-Res images and have them in a zip file, the light is in one of them.. you can DL here for anyone interested.

The rims are the ones from the pre-05's and I havnt lowered my car yet. Its going into the paint shop next week for the cdc front lip and rear spoiler removal so I can put on the ducktail. I also have window scoops that will be painted and installed, once that is done I will probably be getting the lowering springs.

I guess my main question is... do the 2005 mustangs require a different offset? Because the way these stick out... its maybe a slight bit too much for my taste.... but it really could be the ride height that just makes it look unfinished or just tacked on. I guess I'll just have to see your car lowered.... Btw, hope your ducktail install goes well, nice choice!

My understanding is they are a different offset. If you look at the Ford Racing parts catalog, they list a different part number for the 2005 versus 2004 and earlier. You can order the Bullitts from the catalog with the 2005 offset though.

That's accurate. However, I'm looking to get Deep Dish Bullits. My 03 has the Ford Racing Bullits and it just doesn't look intimidating enough. Since Ford doesn't make them, I have to look for a Replica Wheel Company that does. I've found a few but none that cater to the new offset, just yet. I really hope some of these companies start making the black bullitt wheel in 18 inch deep dish sizes.... Or I might have to settle for the old offset... I really need to see this car with springs to be able to fairly determine its look...
