Nitrous help please

I had a detailed dream last night bout the zex nitrous kit....and i wanna do it and run a smallll shot (50hp) my car has a h/c/i combo now and makes 300rwhp so i dont wanna go to crazy with the juice just a little boost...for now anywayz im sure ill become a junkie with it like every1 else...anywayz what do i need for a good install besides the kit??? timing has to be retarded right?? and im supposed to get colder plugs i think...so anyhelp would be great and detailed help of all the little things if any would be even better...thanx!

i run a 75 shot in my zex kit with trickflow h/c/i and an aod. i run 1 range colder plugs and timing is ok with that small of a shot. i went to the track fri hit the bottle about 30 foot out and ran a [email protected]

I will assume you have aluminum heads so you would use autolite 3923's gapped about .035". I would start out with the 50 shot just to make sure its working correctly and to get the feel for it. Then i'd throw in a 100 or 125 shot. Use a 255 high pressure fuel pump. Change your fuel filter while yor there. Run 10* timing on the hit and use 93 octane. I've had a nitrous works wet kit and an nos 5115 dry kit. I liked the dry kit better.
