Ok i was looking at different mufflers to get for my cat back system. My cousin works at Waltz so he is gonna get the piping and make the whole catback system at work. I just need to find the right mufflers. Should i use flowmaster, magnaflow, or MAC, ifound a screamin deal on two macs, but im not sure how great they really are. Any feedback is awsome thanks!

The MACs sound pretty good. They have a nice deep note at idle, and are loud under accelleration, without being overly obnoxious or buzzy. The only downside is they have a pretty good resonance just off idle. The other brands might have that issue too.

I dunno if anybody has ever heard of holley but they make good mufflers not just for the v6 but for all cars. They only have two options though. But if you look at their tests they show that they pass more air than flows do and they aren't as loud. I've never actually heard them but they're the mufflers that I am planning on buying once I get back from Iraq. The also own Hooker, which makes great headers. And they also own NOS, which makes great nitrous kits. But anyways.... just mho.

I think everybody has heard of holley. Holley is as big if not bigger (imo) than edelbrock. I've heard them, but not on a 6, they sound good. I also like the new Pypes set-ups. http://www.pypesexhaust.com/
