Proof of 13's in a stock '99-'04 Mustang GT

The kids on the redline forum are trying to say there's no way a stock GT can run high 13's.... in fact they're saying they run high 14's/low 15's

Can someone point me in the direction of a magazine (yes, I know it's gay) that says otherwise or some other piece of evidence to show them?

retards, maybe they are thinking of the 96-98 I have a 98 and I run a 14.7 with mods. I am trying to think there was an issue in car and driver about 2-3 years ago that tested an 01 or some later 99 gt if you could find that some where. I think they tested at low 14s

Eddie, im gonna ask you kindly...please STFU. Search on MM&FF, Evan Smith runs a 13.68 with a bone stock 5spd GT. Also, if you need any further help, i have a pic of my timeslip the first time i ever ran the car at the track. Pulled a [email protected] with a crappy 2.2 60' (before mods), so with practice 13's were DEFINITELY possible.

i have a near stock 98 and ran 14.0 with my jack, tool box, drag tires, ect packed in the car about ready to leave the track

I ran a 13.85 @96 in a stock (well had borrowed slicks) in an 01 auto. I pulled a 1.8~something 60' (do not remember anymore), but I have had many people tell me that it was a "factory freak".

Stock, what's that? I think that the majority of people that race have at least something little done to their car wether it's a K&N, Shifter, Catback, mid-pipe so it's hard to say. The new Ion Redline and Cobalt SS vs GT seems like the GT vs SRT4 saga all over again, though the SRT4s seem a good bit stronger.
