97 Cobra

Was car shopping today. (Nice to do in PA on a Sunday, no sales people.) And I saw the Cobra. The dealer wants $9995. It has 102,000 miles on it.
It's clean, but I think the interior on my 97 Camaro has held up better. (105,000). Bought the Camaro from this dealer.

He has it valued at $11k, but the window sticker shows the above. It has no warranty. I know next to nothing about Cobras. Is it worth that much?

probably close, on the price. I payed 11500 for mine with 96000 miles on it, totally stock a year and a half ago. I have 103000 miles on it now. still runs great. good luck

I just got my 97 Cobra with 62,000 on it for $9,000 100% original. That price sounds about right if you are buying from a dealer. Only thing that would keep me away from the dealer is that you are getting a used car whether buying from a dealer or private owner. Why pay the extra money with no warranty?

i paid $10,700 w/ 73k the sticker was 12,900, this was about a year ago. i say get it, cant go wrong w/ the bottom end on these things. i love the higher rpm's vs. the LT1 Z28 i used to own

they should back their cars with some kind of warranty, I had the option to get extended on mine, with 96000 miles on it. it was expensive though, and the mod bug, was already itching. came with a 30 day warranty

In 2002 , I payed 13k for my 60k '96 Cobra with 10k in mod parts in it ! Struck an amazing deal when the guy split up from his wife and had the house to pay on his own with the truck and toy ... I got the toy of my dreams ever since

Just bought a 97 cobra with 50,000 on it bone stock for 12,500 with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. Howd i do?

Bought my '97 with 35k miles on it for a little over 13k, ProCharger S/C already added. Was a steal (or so I think).

About $8500-9000 tops for near 100k miles. I got my 97 last year with 46k miles for $11,500.

I paid 15K Canadian Dollars (about 10500 USD) a year ago for a Rio Red coupe with 100,000 KMs (about 60,000 miles).

96-98 coupes in stock form with 50-60k miles seem to go for about $10K.
