my gt isnt very powerful so right now i dont need some uber sticky tires, just something thats decently priced with decent qualities and hopefully last a decent amount of time =P

I got the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s. Decent tire, I think I would get them again b/c of the price. The traction is weak sometimes, depends on how ya drive. I am actually looking into the Fuzion ZRi. I compared them to the Kumho's on tirerack.com and the Fuzion is a cheaper and better tire.

Falken beta 512's all around, great all weather traction, awesome dry traction, Z rated, cool tread design, and the best part less than $100 a tire at tire rack.

I just looked on tire rack web site and they no longer carry falken???
I bought these tires about 6 months ago and need two new front ones. Damn it!!!

I got the Fuzion after I tore up the Falkens. I could light up the Falkens until about forty with the new Fuzion I get much better traction.

Also, at 86 dollar each can't beat it with a stick. Before you ask I have a buddy that works at Tires Plus so that is how I got those tires for that price.

I don't know what people are talking about with the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's not sticking. I have a set of 255/45/17's on all four corners, and they stick really well.

Now I haven't tried anything else on the Mustang (other than the burned up Goodsmears that were on it when I bought it). So I can't compare. But I have a hard time imagining a street tire sticking much harder (at least enough to notice).
