i have a chance to pick up a 1986 mustang for $74 dollars the motor has a water leak. How much do you think the body alone is worth. going to swap in a 302 with nitrous im thinking i will have fun with it what do you think it. well im going to pick it up on tues post pics then

i just sold an 86 notch for 200..and i wish you the best of luck with the conversion.i did ONE and will never do it again

What are you people talking about. I did two 86 swaps and both of them were easy as f**K. And yes i did them right with all the good parts

you pull the old motor out put the new motor in and wire it up not hard at all good luck with your motor swap and turbo install. i have a t3-61 ball bearing turbo complete turbo kit from my honda im leaning towards installing on a 2.3 turbo motor. Did a little research you make great power them when tuned right. The 1st goal in to make run and 2nd is to tune it 3rd is to brake into the 11's i know its gonna be different from it takes to put a import into the 11's. But when you think about it its really the same.
