most seen miles with a blower or nos on stock engine?

Isn't a SC or Nitrious make it not a "stock gt" anymore?

I'm guessing this is gonna be a tough one because I don't think anyone just puts a SC or Nitrious on their car and that's it. There's almost always the accompanied bolt-ons like a CAI, Headers, Mid-Pipe, Cat-Back, Chip, etc...

It really comes down to a few things.
1. The tuner.
2. How aggressive your setup is.
3. Luck.

I know a few people who have 50k+ miles on their cars running blowers. I'm hoping my motor lets loose sooner, rather than later, so the wife can't tell me the new motor isn't something I "need" for the car.

75k w/ kenne bell

My 00 GT has 75,000 miles and I installed my Kenne Bell kit about 8000 miles ago. No issues, runs great. No change in motor, still sounds and runs smooth. Tranny is holding up too. I'm been down the track about 100+ times before the kit and about 25 times after the kit.

There's another thread exactly like this just posted maybe 2 months ago. It had tons of replies. Try searching and I bet you'll find the answers you're looking for.

my friend had a 96gt with a powerdyne supercharger installed @ 10,000 miles. It only made 6lbs of boost and his car was by no means a beast but fun to drive. Anyway he drove it trouble free for 175,000 miles until he sold it to some 17 yr old kid who crashed it in 2 weeks....so if you don't push your luck with more than 6-8lbs of boost it should be reliable. Thats why i like the frpp blower kit. It will last a long time and its proven.
