boggy miss when under load????

hey guys whats up,hoping i could get some input on this new disturbing prob i got.i have an 03 gt vert with a a\saleen blower kit 42 lb injectors cobra dual stage fuel pump (in a gt tank)the prob is when i get on it and the charger supposed to start whining the engine falls on its face, let off the gas little runs fine....idles fine ,although i do feel a miss or two accelerating as well. i run it low on gas a lot someone told me those cobra pupmps burn up in the gt tank....car has 19000 mile on it and never before had any probs, any help greatly appreciated .

How does the belt look? My car has a lot more belt slip when it's hot and humid out, and that would be something to check if it has 19000 miles on it.

What does your boost gauge do when the car dies off? Same for fuel pressure if you have one.

I'd be curious as to what your fuel pressure is doing as well...sounds similar to what my GT (N/A) was doing a while back...it would run fine under normal driving and would idle fine but under load it would bog and go nowhere until I took my foot off the gas. I had a **** load of crap in my gas tank it looked like a 10 year old tank! The sock on the fuel pump was completely clogged so I had the tank completely cleaned and put a new fuel pump and filter in and everything was fine.

my belt actually looks like it rubs the hood insulation a bit so the belt dont look so good, but the air still blows real cold and power streering ok,so i dunno......

i wish i could check the fuel pressure but there no valve on the fuel rail.....but yes thats a must, also i dont have a boost gauge.....i paid big money to have this crap installed you would think id have at least a boost gauge ugh thanks for the time appeciate it.

If the belt it touching the liner, the non-ribbed side would show wear. How about the other side?

Now that I think about it, depending upon how much additional heat is being caused by the rubbing, that may explain why it's slipping when it's really hot.
