Speedo check....

I had 3.73's installed today with the 23 tooth speedo gear. In 5th gear at 70mph I'm turning around 2200-2300rpms and at 80mph I'm turning 2600rpm. Does this sound right. I know I'm going to have to get used to hearing the engine at the higher rpms. It just felt like I was going slow and being passed by traffic didn't help. And for anyone that's going to say I should have gotten 4.10's, gtfo. I looked into it a lot. I drive on the freeway every day and there's a Kenne Bell in the future. So I don't want to hear it.

FYI, you speedo is constantly reading 5mph faster now with the 3:73's and 23t gear. But it is a realiable 5mph, its not exponential(at least any more than normal.)

According to this site the 23 tooth is the one I needed to make my speedo correct. Did they tell me I needed the wrong gear?
