The best so far is 9.17@148 And that was in 100+ degree weather. The track temp. was 150 degrees. I can't wait until the cool weather comes around. We might just see an 8 second pass. Hopefully it gets painted we have been waiting for ever for this guy to paint it. So now we are looking for a new painter. Here are a few pics of my bosses Dragster. These are the same color we are going to use for his car.

Yea that my bossed little street car. Well his wife bracket races it every once in awhile. It's has a 427 tunnel port motor in it. It's goes 10.30's. We are taking the motor out and putting the 428CJ back in it. The 427 is only for NHRA races. The 428 is for bracket racing. The 428 goes 10.90's.

Well, I do have a question, How did you get those big tires under the rear? (his car sounds like mine (he he)

I have a 78 KC with a bored 351 with all of the goodies and I cannot get it to hook up. It's fun to drive but I think "tubbing" it would obviously get the job done not to mention it would look bad a#@.

This is going to my winter project. Do you have any in the process pics?

Call me crazy but I want to do this..

Well, the car is a full chassis car. It has big wheel tubs. The tires are 33x16. Some big meats under there. If you click on my Falcon web page and go to the last page those are all the pics I have on my Dads car. I can get more. That's not a problem. I've been waiting for the car to get painted until I start taking more pics.
