Ok i have a 2003 GT. And when i step on the brake the steering wheel moves back and fourth pretty quick, and the shifter does the same. Its only when using the brake, when i downshift the car slows down smothly. Also when i use the brake and the and it starts wiggling around thing, if i let go of the wheel the car continues to go straight, it doesnt take off to one side or the other. So i dont know if its from warped rotors or my cut springs with no CC plates causing this. But i think its too harsh to be just warped rotors. And it is getting worse as time goes on. When the car is moving there is no sign of the pulsing wheel and shifter unless it is so faint thats its hardly noticable.

Anyways, id like to see who can actually figure this out. I know some of you guys got quite a bit ok knowledge.

I think your car might be possessed. Mine is lowered w/ H&R SuperSports w/out CC Plates but mine doesn't do all that. My alignment has been off since day 1 but I don't have issues like yours. Merely cutting springs shouldn't cause that proble.
