When I filled up a few days ago it was $2.75 for 93....it's $2.79 now. This sucks.

I got my tempo last summer because I was hoping it would give me some good mileage but I only get 27 mpg running back and forth to school with the damn thing :notnice: My thunderbird gets 25 mpg doing that and it has more than twice the power, and probably 1000 more lbs on it!

Yet when I drove my tempo to St. Louis it averaged 36 mpg. I dunno, it's got me scratching my head.

Ya I used to have a tempo and the whole time I had it the gas milage changed week to week 23-34 mpg, Like one week it would get great above 30 than he next it would get mid 20s. They very weird cars

By me they actually split the prices up into two categories. One set of prices for cash and one set for credit. And its about 9 cents more a gallon if your paying credit. Its now 2.93 for 93 octane on cash and 3.02 for credit. Probably because I live in a stupid japy ass neighborhood. This blows. Break out the hybrids!

not to rehash this subject, i found this on another forumn i post on

http://www.ehowa.com/features/expensivegasoline.shtml

this is why we take it in the @#% for gas enjoy, nice photos...

You know its bad when race fuel is starting to cost the same as 93 i was out at infineon this week and it was like 4.56 for 100 and 5.72 for 110 and somtin like 7.xx for 114.

at this rate its more cost effective to run 100 octane and pay a little more, better performance and fuel economy in turbo cars if you cruise the freeway alot
