Anyone running M/T ET Street RADIALS?

I just picked up a pair moutned and balanced for when I go to the track. I only plan on using them on track days.

My question is I'm afraid to get caught in rain on the way back up when I go, how bad are these in wet conditions? I know the ET Streets are a nightmare, what about the radials?

Thanks,
Chris

I have the 275/50/15 on my car and they hook like you can't imagine. My CF DF clutch slips before they do. They are BAD in the rain but not unusuable. If there is water on the road, no more than 40 mph. It will just float and fishtail. I have only had my tires for 300 miles and yesterday I ran a nail through them and ruined one completely. I run them at 7-10 psi.

wow that's nuts... are you running a stock rearend except for the 3.73's?? I'd be afraid to snap an axle...

M\T DR are my next mod but i m also afraid to snap an axle. I have stock rear end except for 4.10. My auto tranny might save my rear end though  considering i m not launching at hight RPM.

well the stock axles held up.. thx for the info venom.

i didn't launch higher than 3000, and i was getting TOO much traction and bogging down. best 60' was a 2.019. if i wasn't bogging, it would have been 1.8's easily. i didn't want to launch any higher and risk snapping an axle, so its all good.

never said i was comfortable, just glad it didn't break yesterday :p I'm thinking of just upgrading the stock axles to moser 28 splines, anyone have any ideas about these?
