Welp, I finally got around to putting it on. Simply put, I love it. I chose to put it on positioned like a mach because when you put it flush with the front of the fascia, the gap by the wheel wells looks dumb as hell. Here ya go. :flag:

Looks really cool painted.

i would buy a chin spoiler if someone decided to make one that was flush with the front end AND the wheel well. i like the chin spoiler look, but it looks cheap with the gap between the front end and the spoiler. Im guessing thats why Ford decided to leave them black.

It all really depends on how you install it, he made it so that the ends of the chin spoiler lined up with the ends of the wheel wells, I left about a 1/4" on both sides so that it's more flush with the font edge of the bumper, but I do agree I'd much rather have it right on the ends all around.

Looks GREAT :nice: . For some reason I couldn't get the tape method to work when installing mine :nonono: . An extra set of hands helped. See my "Installed my NON-painted chin *pics* " thread for pics.

I had 2 sets of hands to hold while I taped. WOrked nicely. :hail2:

Looks good.

Painted spoilers only look good on certain cars and i think yours is one of them. Now if you have the black headlights and a little more black on your car, id say leave it black

For some reason the chin is flush all around on the mach 1's not sure why I don't think they have different bumpers do they?
Same bumper. I am also on the general consesus' bandwagon about how you shoulda lined it up on the front. What i don't understand though is in the Machs' bumper is the same & the spoiler is the same, how come my edges line up perfectly all around? It can't just be cuz it's a factory install.
