I currently have a upr o/r x mated to a slp catback, that is extremely loud and I would like to know if I switched to a o/r prochamber, would it be any quieter?

does ur UPR leak?? mine does, it sux. i have reinstalled it 6 times, and its still leaking. i think im gonna buy the prochamber as well. it would only be quieter if u get a catted prochamber.

yeah i agree the biggest thing with your loudness is the slp, it will quiet down with a prochamber but if you want quiter match the prochamber up with some 40 series flowmasters, i have that and it sounds nice.

my UPR doesn't leak at all and i didn't use any new gaskets.

No I used copper rtv on the passenger side with same gasket and replaced the studs with some NAPA part number that I got off here that I can't remember now and the leaks were gone, but still loud as hell at WOT.

The studs that I replaced were on the drivers side. The ones that come from the factory have a shoulder on them that might keep the ball flange socket on the mid pipe from sealing up. I have no issues other than the o/r x mated with the slp catback is so loud.
