Car overheating!!! (Yes another thread about this)

Okay, in the past I have helped other people with this but now that it happened to me it's mind boggling.....

My Engine Cooling fan will not turn on, I have replaced the Fuse (it was blown), I replaced the Fan itself (It was ****ed, somehow it was completely stuck and I couldn't even spin it with my hand), today I replaced the CCRM (constant control relay module), I replaced my thermostat last time I took the intake manifold off which was like 3 months ago, but I haven't driven the car at all.

Now my question is.....has anyone ran across this before?? Could it be the SCT or ECU thats causing it or my wiring harness???

Thanks in Advance

It seems when your fan froze up it fried something. Get a 12V current tester. Check the plug to the fan for current when the engine reaches operating temperature. Check to see if any power gets to the fuse. Check to make sure your new fan actually works: attach it directly to the battery to test it. You need to isolate the problem area, you may have a fried wire. Good luck.
