Does anyone know if I'll need two different tunes? One track I go to is 1000 ft and the other is at 2300ft. Is 1300ft enough to need two tunes? Thanks.

As long as your MAF is functioning properly and your IAT is downstream of the blower it will not matter what your DA is. Enjoy the power, we're all jelous...
