1/16th inch this & that..haha:lol:

You should stop attacking people who are trying to help and post your professional knowledge of installing Mach1 chin spoilers because after all you installed how many?? Thats right ZERO!!

If you decide you like the flush look better then factory send me a pm and ill let you know how I did it.:nice:

And you should stop misinforming people who might want information that you you "know" the correct way to install it, but woman that you are, you will no doubt want the last word.

You couldn't be expected to know that I have owned a '01 GT, and currently have a '03 Mach 1 and '04 V6 in my driveway, and have indeed installed two, but then again you don't need to know except what I decide to tell you.

I'll pass on the PM there, Susan.

What a TOOL.... :rlaugh:

These "experts" who say offset them from the wheel wells have no concept of how the factory installed them on the Mach 1. It's a good bet that any poster who uses the word "gay" is unknowingly admitting he knows nothing about what he just wrote.
I'm not gonna involve myself with the "back and forth" stuff, but I'll comment on this since I thinking it's directed at me as well...

I'm not an "expert" so to speak, but I know how Ford put the chin spoiler on the Mach. IN MY OPINION, it looked "gay" like that, so I gave my 2 cents on how I thought it should look. It's up to the thread starter what they want to do and what they think looks the best...It's their car, not mine. I'm sure some of you think it's "gay" to not have it flush with the fenderwell, but It doesn't bother me because this is how I wanted it put on. That's the bueaty of cars and the aftermarket...you can do what "YOU" think looks good.

Enjoy the rest of your argument...

when i put mine on i lines the corners by the wheels up flush and put 1 xmas tree pin on each side.

then i put a pin dead center front of bumper flush. after that i worked it back and forth always pulling and hairdrying to make it flush. it took a bit longer to get it done but the end result was worth it.
