Cammed N/A GT street run

Tried my best to keep it on the gauges, but in the first section where the camera goes everywhere, the car freegin went ALL the way off into the other lane and I was trying to keep it from going in the ditch lol. Thats some pretty rough road BTW...I couldnt hope to do that before the LTs, last time with a freind it didnt even spin 1st there, but spun 2nd decent but not like that...not even close. BTW that run through 1-2nd thing is typical now on ALL pavements, its not like it only does that there lol. ENJOY!:SNSign:

Point of post is, LONG TUBES ROCK!!!! Didnt notice much drop in lowerend torque...if any

Thanks :D. ^ really? I really dont know how much power it has now to be honest. It felt like I threw in cams and a tune all over again lol. Im hoping its at 300RWHP, but ill be getting a dyno pretty soon.

Does yours go crazy on the 1-2 shift like that? It scares the heck out of me lol, I have almost lost it a few times now.

^ LOL, i cant either and with all that torque im sure yours will now that I think about it! I wasnt trying to do a burnout btw, but that will still eat the tires im sure. But next time ill get 315s instead of 285s....

Oh and I had a question. Should I get some 315 nittos? I drive 45miles to work 3-4 days a week. I want to drive 65MPH in the rain. thanks.

Thanks :D It has 3.73s (love em) and VT stg 1 cams in it. Im not sure what it would do with 4.10s....I think it would be too much for ME to hold  . I like being able to run out 120+ in 4th if need be...but I shutdown early in those vids mainly because my front tires are out of ballance and they start shaking pretty bad @ 110+, last thing I need is a blowout at over 100 :nonono: .

Congrats man!!:nice:

Really pics up nice there and buries the needle mighty quick. Funny how you burned through second, you can see the needle jump up to 60 in a heartbeat. At first I saw that and was shocked at how fast it got up, then I read your post. Fun stuff, now it's time to stiffen up the supspension.

LOL, funny you ask the price. WELL the cams+tune cost about $930 and WE did the instal ourself. I know that Tim couldnt even make a full pull because it was so lean, and idle A/F was @ 18-1 lol. However, it was already running 14-15 AF BEFORE the cams so im sure it was super lean.

EVERYTHING that has been done since the cams, including the cams, tune, K, alignment, shocks ect. Costed roughly $3413, and again WE did the instal, so 0 labor costs. :nonono: I feel sick :rlaugh: , but honestly, I didnt realize I spent this much since around august. I dont even want to figure up total to date with all the various boltons, and wheels and stuff. EDIT: I couldnt help myself and figured up that I have roughly $5600 TOTAL in the car. Thats really not too bad:shrug:
