2003 CObra Bumper Conversion

Whats up? I have a 2004 Mustang GT. I want to have the spiffy 2003 Cobra front bumper cover. The only kits Ive found are the 2001 CObra bumper but I dont like that one. So, Ive found a web site that sells the bare 2003 cobra front bumper cover and the round cobra lights too. But I dont think that is all I need to do the conversion. I think there is some other round cobra lkight brackets on both sides (for lack of a better name) plus other mounting issues..... Does anyone know about any kits or about how to do this conversion? Thanks

I know you need to install new wires for the fog lights!!

Fog light Bezel

Anyone know where I can find the 2003 FogLight Bezel? All I can find is the 2001 foglight bezel. I guess I could buy that one and cut it to fit. But I would rather not. Any ideas? Thanks

Don't forget the lip/chin spoiler that attaches to the bottom. Without that, the "teeth" on the underside will show.

i thought that the hood was a bit longer on the 2003 cobra's too. with the gt hood and the cobra bumper the hood comes up about an inch or two short. but i could be completely wrong. just what i heard through the grapevine

That is true. if you use the stock mounting holes on the bumper with the stock mounting points on the frame..there will be a gap between the "horns" of the bumper and the hood.

ABC Exclusive has a GT specific 2003 Cobra bumper cover. Some have had not so good quality issues other have had good experiences.

But it's for the stock regular GT type hood. They have it for us '96-'98 guys too. I want it!

I thought the "lip/chin spoiler" comes with the cobra bumper... didn't know you had to buy it separately. anyone know how much it is?
