Been A While, but Im back with Questions....

My semester of college is almost over and I because of the time I have had to dedicate to school I haven't been able to post on here much.

Anyways, I plan on building a 306 for some fun and I was wondering if I could get a little help:

I am going to be running AFR 165 heads and a simple bottom end. I plan on throwing some nitrous at this so I am going to beef up the pistons and put on a main girdle. I originally intended on running about 9.4:1 compression with a set of Keith Black forged pistons (PN KB719)... I have a .480/.500 lift cam and was wondering if I could go more than that and still have it really streetable. I was thinking around 10:1 compression but will be throwing nitrous at it so I didn't know if it would have an increased effect on the streetable.

Any help?

I think you can go at least a .544" lift with those afr's but remember to plan for add on's later buy once & but right. I see alot of money wasted on cams becuase they change there setup & cam no longer performs like they want.
