problems at wot.please help

I have a 1999 cobra that at wot. with low gas in tank wants to cut out and stutter but if i fill the tank up it runs good until it gets to around 1/4 tank.Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

My car does that too... The only thing that I do is just make sure that's above 1/4 of a tank

I have a 99 Cobra and have never experienced that problem. I will be watching the replies just in case. I have 28,000 miles

Change your fuel filter, clean the injectors out with a rail injection cleaner... and tell me if that worked out for you.... or quite possibly your fuel pump could be going bad... works at lower rpms cause it can maintain the pressure but at wot it can't flow enough...
