Please Help With Vac Leak

HERE ARE THE CODES
85 Canister Purge Solenoid Circut Failure wtf ?
31 EVP/PFE Circut Below Minimun Voltage ?
54 Intake Air Charge Temperature Sensor Circut Open. Airflow Sensor Out of Range?
91 Shift Solenoid SSI Circut Failure?
These were done while vehicle was off. The book with the code reader said to fix these problems before doing an Engine Running Test.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I dont know how or why, but i had a loud whistling sound coming from my car and it turned out to be the vacuum hoses under my dash. Go figure. But i replaced on of them and the whistle went away. The last time i had a vacuum leak in my manifold my car idled at 4K, imagine that. It was the side cover gasket on the upper manifold. I took it off and put in some silicone and it ran fine from there on.

i just put a brand new air intake temp sensor bla bla in there and threaded it in nicely... and when i try and feel around there nothing changes.. i talked to a dude at ford today he has worked on several 5.0 and does modifying... he said all the codes i got were just codes do to not haveing any smog and egr gear on there. and that they would stay there untill i put the smog **** back on.

I'll call bs on the Ford tech you spoke to.

I have removed all of my emissions at this point. No air pump, no cats, no egr. This is going to change in the near future. I was just under time constraints when doing the 351w conversion.

The only code I get is for the egr. Nothing else.

Maybe there is some difference between year of car, blah, blah, blah. But in my experience most Ford techs will talk out their @$$. Yes, my opinion is biased, as I have had some bad experiences, and have had friends who have worse experiences with Ford.

I would suggest looking into each one of the codes individually. It will be time consuming and a pain, but should be worth it.

yea but all the codes i got no matter wut the dumb ass ford guy said are kinda insignificant... i mean yea they should be fixed... but they arent serious enough to make my car run how it does... and have we forgot the massives whistling noise? where can it come from? but it doesnt matter to me anymore as im done with this car alltogether. im not a quiter. as this is the same engine that was in my previous 92 that i built myself but ever since it went into this car it has had serious problems and serious cash has been dumped into it. I cant afford this headache any longer. Im living with my grandparents becuase i cant afford rent with this POS sucking all my money away. This is the exact motor and everything that was in my other 92 gt and never had any probs. Therefore the car is gonna be parted out. Bumper to bumber engine, trans, rear ect. EVERYTHING. Imma call this place about a garage to rent while i strip it down. so if you are interested look in the classifieds on the board for anything you need. the entire car is going out piece by piece. hopefully i can get it as close down to the frame/shell as possible.

My bad, I meant ACT - Air Charge Temp sensor.

Jerry, sorry we couldn't find/fix your problem. These cars are actually cheaper than average to own and operate, at least mine has been. The bang for buck is hard to beat. Good luck with the parting out.
