Money.
I STILL miss my car and would trade my '04 for it in a heartbeat.
man, this whole having to spend 4 grand on a mod motor (plus a few more g's for install costs) to make any serious horse power just chaps my ass. I would much rather spend $1500 on a set of AFR heads and a nasty bumpstick on a 302, and buy my friends pizza and beer to help me out with it on a weekend. *sigh*

FI is much cheaper, too. The pushrod days have absorbed all R&D costs, so blowers are cheap. FI for modulars is very expensive.

For the rest of you....

As some of you already know, my grandfather gave me a share in our family's camp in Clinton County, PA. Well, its a regular New Years event for me and my friends to head up there and terrorize the wildlife. Some of you also know how I decided to go head first over the handlebars of my grandpa's quad, and also that one of my drunken friends tore up the back yard at 6am with his quad. I thought I'd share some pics.

The Camp. Not your typical log cabin. Indoor plumbing, oil stove, satellite. I love it.

The living room. Yes, thats me in the pic with the red shirt and mullet. i was about 6. Thats what the inside used to look like until the other camp members died off and our family fixed it up. My grandpa shot that buck on the left a long time ago. Fugger was huge.

What I was drikning

The hole my knee put in my grandpa'a Prairie.

The back yard after my drunken friend was through with it. It doesnt look as bad as it is bc he tried covering the worst parts with snow. yeah, he's and ex-marine. smart one too. Yes, thats an old outhouse, and thats how we used to have to take a duce. now its covered up and serves as our tool shed.

Happy New Years!

I just got back from the Aaron lewis concert with stain and it was great. Oh yeah, I kind of ate dinner by him. Anyway it looks as though we might have a new project! Is there ever enough power?
where the hell were they playing? i would've been there if i knew that? crapola

last time i went to see them they were the 3rd band. by the time they came on stage i was so trashed i started walking down the mountain back to our hotel. so, i missed the whole show and helped a traffic cop direct concert traffic. apparently he didnt appreciate my efforts to assist him, as he sat me down on a guard rail and told me to wait for the patrol car to come pick me up. about 5 minutes later i was walking down the middle of the road and some UGOS picked me up and drove me back to the hotel. when we got there, i forgot you're supposed to wait for the car to stop before getting out, so i did a tuck and tumble out the passenger door doing about 15 mph. awesome weekend :nice:
