You'll be opening a can of worms alright,and that is scaring them,by advertising that there buisiness doesn't care about the customer....which is you,or anyone else that would walk in,and they will be worried that this would hurt in the future if advertised.
Even giving them this little "threat" if you will might change there minds on how they will solve this issue with you,and it will show that you are not just some joe off the street

I have over 20k into my motor and i feel that i shouldnt have to pay any more than i should.
I would like to send the message out here first and hope everything gets resolve quick and painless before i start getting legal.
Im not out to hurt anybodys business but this is a little off kilter, i dont think its fair for me or anyone else i just want this problem rectifyed quick and im looking for evrybody help.

1. By saying it's a well known company in OH that makes everyone try and figure out who it is. Fox Lake, Modular Depot, Cincy Speed, and etc... I wouldn't do that either tell who the company is or just say company % .
2. By mix and matching the engine together that lets everyone point fingers at everyone else. Odds of it been resolved where your happy slim IMO.
3. Just because a part failed doesn't mean jack companies will look for a reason to avoid covering it. We had a comp spring failure in a 5.0l a few years ago and they refused to cover the cost for the machine work, engine rebuild head rebuild anything the best we could get after getting a lawyer involved was a set of discounted springs. (at the time they we're our only option so we took them)
4. Hope everthing works out better for you than us. But IMO your gonna be spending alot of money.
Now if you go public with who the parts were from they may "offer" to fix the issue if you retract the statements.

Sorry,i will not spill the name here but i gonna start talking to my lawyer about this hopefully everything works out.
Just one thing to remember this company is blaming all this damage on a bad spring which in turn i already talked to the company that manufacturs the spring and one the the engineers there told me to send him the springs and in fact if there is a spring that is bad that they would send me a brand new set of springs free of charge but they highly doubt it is a bad spring and the heads are out in ohio right now and i told this company to send them the springs and they told that they will not blame it on the spring cause i guess this has happened before which makes me wonder why they are still using this valve spring company?
First of all, I am sorry to hear about your car. I am sure you are aware of this, but make sure you document everything between you and the companies involved. Also document all the costs that you have incurred by having your car down and out, such as gas, phone calls, lawyer fees, everything. Whoever is at fault will not only need to pay for the damage, they also need to pay for your expenses.
I understand about being cautious with naming names, and hopefully it won't have to come to that, but please understand that most companies won't respond unless their bottom line is affected. These companies are out to make a profit, as they should. I have had to, unfortunately, sling some mud in order to get a company to own up to their part of the deal, but it worked. So please don't let any company run over you, not only for your sake but for everyone else as well.
