car won't start any thoughts?

Ok i have a 2001 GT has 47,000 on it, it is in my garage for the winter i went in changed the brake pads yada yada and went to take it for a spin to check the pads and it wouldn't start. so i was like ok jumped my battery and still nothing it's turning over it's almost about to start but nothing happens and you smell gas alittle like it's not firing my guess anyone have any idea's on wha i can do or what it might be? thanks in advance 8^)

Pull the battery out and take it somewhere to get checked. Is it the stocker? It seems like it shouldn't be toast yet, but you never know. If a battery is too far gone it just won't jump.

Gas issue? It can condensate. Was the tank full during storage

between half and a quarter i've started it once or twice since it's been in the garage only for about 3 months maybe the longest that's why i am confused i last started it like 2-3 weeks ago, and no i didnt check the spark
