I am thinking of doing a PI headswap and i want a decent horsepower gain I was thinking of doing One of these heads with VT stage 2 cams which do you think is better or flows better or produces more power.
Livernois heads or Patriot Stage II heads

My friend just did the patriot stage 2 heads with the comp 270 cams with really good results. No dyno or track time numbers yet, but I drove it, and I don't think I will be racing him any time soon in my Mach 1. His car is an 03 GT with all the bolt ons. His car runs smooth and idles really nice(really streetable). I saw the heads before the speed shop installed them, and they looked really good, but I have not compared them to anyother heads. Not sure if this helps, but good luck.
VT Engines/Fox-lake/MPH/Steen Racing/Livernois all very good. Also MMR (Modular Mustang Racing) is now selling P&P'd heads and the price is good.
