Window Tinting shops

before summer time comes around i want to get my cobra tinted. can anyone recommend a good shop? ill drive a ways if it means getting quality work done.

so far ive just stopped at one place. quoted me $225 in any # i want. my car is black, im thinking 20 front, 15 rear i want it dark, but not so dark i get instant attention (cops). although around here its pretty laid back.

basically im going off $225. any cheaper or any good experiences you had with a specific place?

it differs depending on cars. he works mostly on WRX's but tints anything. i would give him a call. he probably has done quite a few mustangs. dave probably doesnt remember me but if u tell him that "ironmedic" from clubWRX sent u, he might remember.
he has a big selection of tint to choose from too. he has a book full of tint to look at and compare. he is the tint master!

Accutint in Bellevue, did an awesome job on my 2002, 5% all around, you can choose any %, I got mine done for $250, for 5 windows, after tax... and comes with a 3 or so year warranty/guarantee... They did a really great job

281, come down to Vancouver. I had my '95 done last summer for much less than $200.00! There are several places down here that do tinting - Pro Image is very popular, quoted me $175.00 for mine, any % you want. I happened across a place called Solar Eclipse that did mine for $165.00. I went 22% all around, could have gone down to 5%, but don't want to attract the cops. In Washington, anything under 30% is illegal, but mine isn't so dark that it draws a lot of attention, but the difference in heat absorption is tremendous!!

Call them up and ask for Jay - he does an awesome job tinting. Uses llumar window film, lifetime warranty, any percentage you want. Price would be under 200

Tell them Andy that used to work there sent you.

281pony, 3 to 4 hours is how long it takes, i had to leave my car for 4 hours, cuz they had people before me, I had to walk my fat a** all the way back to the Mall, and etc.

anyway andy, i didnt see your post before. im thinking 10 front, 5 back now. going really dark, but we will see. might lighten the fronts up more then that.

im also going to see if they will do a package deal for 2 cars. my mom wants to get her windows tinted too.
