sn95 knuckle questions?

i just bought my aje k member/control arms/coilover kit and i have a few questions. can i buy sn95 balljoints instead of using the fox ball joints with washers? will they fit the control arms? what struts do i need to buy, fox or sn95? goin to the junkyard tomorrow to get the knuckles!

Yes, that is what I did. I got the MOOG brand ball joints and they fit right in place, no washers needed. As far as struts, it depends on if the car is lowered. I have stock Bullitt struts on my car with stock springs but no isolators, lowering it a bit, and they work OK. If you have it lowered more than an inch, I'd probably go with Fox struts to keep from bottoming out.
 
As long as they are 87-93 V8 struts. The earlier ones and 4 cyl 87-93 struts will require spacers since the V8 Fox and SN95 spindle mounts are thinner than the 4 cyl style. You can probably use washers if you want to reuse your 4 cyl struts. The aftermarket generic struts (Monroe, etc) are designed for the 4cyl spindles and come with spacer plates to use on V8 applications. I had a set that I threw out a little while ago.
